Return and Refund Policy for Marketing Tuner

At Marketing Tuner, we take pride in delivering high-quality digital marketing services. Due to the custom and non-tangible nature of our work, all sales are final once services are initiated. However, we understand there may be exceptions, and this policy outlines how we handle such cases.

1. No Returns on Services
Because our services involve custom work, strategy, and execution, we do not offer returns once work has commenced.

2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

You were charged in error.

We are unable to begin or deliver the agreed-upon service due to internal issues.

Major deliverables, as agreed in writing, are not met due to our fault (subject to review).

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue arising.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Services that have been completed or partially completed.

Change of mind after project commencement.

Delays caused by the client (e.g., missed approvals, lack of content, or unresponsiveness).

Work completed as per specifications where dissatisfaction is based on subjective opinion.
4. Client-Initiated Cancellation
If you cancel after the project has begun:

A partial refund may be considered only if less than 50% of the project is completed.

No refund will be given if more than 50% of the project is completed.

All applicable fees for time and resources used will be deducted.
5. Company-Initiated Cancellation
If Marketing Tuner must cancel your project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will provide a full or partial refund, depending on how much of the project has been completed.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method. Confirmation will be sent via email once the refund is issued.
